Fourteen members of the Toledo Fire & Rescue Department were promoted on May 18, 2017 in a ceremony held in Toledo City Council Chambers at One Government Center.

Promoted to Battalion Chief: Captain Dexter Baker and Captain Dustin Armentrout

Promoted to Captain:  Lieutenant Cheryl Locher and Lieutenant Michael Romstadt

Promoted to Lieutenant: Private Raymond Lee, Private Gerald Murphy, Private David Emerson, Private Blake Molnar, Private Gary Gossett, Private Benjamin Holt, Private Mike Cummerow, Private Eric Pinkham, Private Matthew Shiple, and Private Adam Bonnell
