On Monday, June 10, 2013, Toledo Fire & Rescue Department will hold its annual memorial service honoring those firefighters that have died in the line of duty. This is also the 52nd anniversary of the Anthony Wayne Trail tanker fire that killed four Toledo Firefighters. This year, Leo Nalodka, will be added to the memorial. Leo died on duty on April 22, 1964.
During this memorial, we also honor the retired firefighters that have died since the previous memorial service.
